We are greatly looking forward to a special kind of trade fair construction project! On an area of around 2.500 sqm, RECCON is developing a stand in collaboration with IS intersystems, which is not only exciting because of its design! RECCON was also entrusted with the task of developing an integrated communications concept, which intensifies the storytelling at the stand at all visitor touch points.

As contextual framework, RECCON has conceived a basic musical concept, to which all exhibition areas have oriented themselves – everything from the design of print products as merchandising articles of the band, as well as a consistent lead management concept, where all visitors can compile their individual playlists by scanning them at the business stations to up to three live concerts per day as an opener for the subsequent business shows on our entertainment stage!

A photo promo area with a variety of props in the style of our corporate band revolving around Alice Francis rounded out the concept, enabling any visitor to be a part of “personalized printing”. All photos were provided with the participant IDs and even formed a personalized cover of their own playlist when sending the playlist via e-mail!

Accompanied by a camera crew, the individual business stations were illuminated in detail every day and uploaded to Facebook, YouTube and Twitter in the form of short social media clips. Konica Minolta benefited from this as well, through various multipliers, such as the direct social media posts of Alice Francis.

The entire logistical framework for the 150-member crew, such as the organization of transfers, hotel coordination of the crew, crew catering, etc. was also organized and supervised by RECCON during the 11 days of the fair.

We look back on an extremely successful drupa 2016, in which the expected leads were exceeded many times over. Thank you for your confidence and we look forward to many more successful projects!
