RECCON created and executed a contemporary format for a 2-day hybrid event for EnBW. The focus was on interaction, exchange, cooperation and new working methods.

110 executives followed numerous rounds of talks of the board of directors in the studio online from their home offices and interacted with each other via chat function and menu. In addition, a mega-hackathon took place in numerous teams, which in the end competed for the best ideas. The latest collaboration tools were used for this.

At the end of the first day, the focus was on culinary delights: after extensive hygiene measures, the board of directors cooked with star chef Michael Oettinger in EnBW’s own kitchen studio. At the same time, the executives followed the online transmission at their home stoves. All the fresh ingredients required for this were delivered by post to everyone in a personalized cooking box.

An inspiring new format, which proved effective on many levels and got positive feedback from both the participants and the EnBW board.
