30 years bonprix
RECCON is very pleased to have its new client bonprix! To mark the 30th anniversary, bonprix is commissioning the agency RECCON for the conception, planning and implementation of the Employee Festival with 2,000 people, mainly taking place around the headquarters in Hamburg!
RECCON created, analogous to the Jubilee campaign, a communication concept for the employees on the occasion of the 30-year anniversary, which culminated with a huge party on May 27. A large entertainment stage with a highly diverse program and active integration of staff, moderated by Yared Dibaba, invited staff to linger or to participate.
A culinary journey around the world all across the grounds, and various activity areas for young and old made for a well-balanced daily program, which was finished off with a huge party in the evening and on the following night.
An especially created hash tag kept all activities linked to each other, both visually and in terms of content – photos, greetings and statements were merged and shown continuously via social media grabber shown as a slide show on the LED screen of the entertainment stage.
A thoroughly enjoyable party, which not only provided the framework for a joint celebration, but also met a great deal of positive response from employees.
